After the tweet of PM Modi, Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale confirmed that South African President Ramphosa has accepted the invitation. The Foreign Secretary said that the prime minister had several bilateral meetings this morning. He said that the Argentine PM is eager to visit India in 2019.
